Monique Jaques is a photojournalist based in Istanbul, Turkey where she is focused on photographing in the Turkey and the Middle East. Hailing from New York and a product of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts. In 2010 she was featured in the Ian Parry Scholarship show and received the 2008 Honorable Mention for the New York Photo Awards Student Award. Currently her clients include The New York Times, The Christian Science Monitor, The International Herald Tribune, CNN, The Guardian, EurasiaNet, and a few more. She is represented by Corbis Images.
